Following the merger between Nationwide Building Society and Portman Building Society, which completed on 28 August 2007, UCB Home Loans, together with The Mortgage Works, has formed a new division called Nationwide Specialist Lending. Our Mortgage Choices range offers a comprehensive range of residential Self-Cert products, Full Status products, ranging from Prime to Extra Light Adverse, along with a range of Buy to Let products.
