Case Tracking

MATS, our Mortgage Application Tracking Service is the easy way to keep track of cases you submit via iSite, and is also available via our iSite page.

To access the service select one of the options below. Simply enter your client's mortgage application number to view its current status.

By supplying your text or email address we will also update you or request any additional information needed as your case progresses through the six key stages:

• Registered for tracking
• DIP
• Full application received
• Valuation received
• Mortgage offered
• Mortgage funds sent to solicitor

We’ll even email you if there’s any extra information we need to help progress your case.

You'll need to be registered with both MTE and UCB Home Loans to use iSite, so go ahead and register today.

When sending a case, please allow three working days for it to be registered for case tracking.
