We’ve been a specialist lender for over 20 years, catering for a wide group of people by providing a wide range of Residential and Buy to Let products.

Many people have heard of Nationwide either through their football sponsorship or because they have a branch local to them. UCB Home Loans operate in a niche sector of the mortgage market, however we still reap all the benefits of having a parent company the size of Nationwide.

We are based in Sutton, Surrey, where we employ over 300 people across a whole range of areas, including Business Development Managers and Personal Mortgage Consultants to support our registered intermediaries.
